Covers all types of service activities including Preinstallation, Installation, Training, Planned Preventive Maintenance, Field Service, Recalls/Field Change Orders, and Remote Support. Operating from 5 main Regional Offices (Dammam, Riyadh, Jeddah, Abha, and Madinah) and 4 other Satellite locations (Qassim, Makkah, Taif, and Jizan). We provide support services for more than 3000 systems and instruments representing over 400 different modalities.
Our team is using ServiceMax online ERP to log the service calls, plan and manage the installed products and various activities.
